As a topic, I wanted to describe today made (finally) the transaction.

Bought This paper Kernel , producer edible oils.
Why this company?

Maybe first foundations:

• Food sector - I do not have to worry that people will stop eating.
• leader (or at least close headlamp) in edible oils industry in Ukraine, where it is firm.
  
• Debt ratio - the general downward trend, although for my tastes quite high (50%), with analysis and comes to me that the board knows how to truly utilize the debt.
• By Ranking of Listed Companies forecast rate of return method DCF 47%, 35% of the DRI method (I know, I flew to the sitter, but too strong of counting of digits I'm not.)
• Valuation comparative method in the two indicators show that the company is undervalued (the most important indicator C / Z less than 5, which is nice) as compared with the business. Compared with the averages in WIG only C / WK indicates reevaluation of the company, but it just worries me the least.

I choose some other companies, but unfortunately the cash was not good (to KER and so I made a ridiculously small order). What were the company and why they did not choose - this may even write today evening.

As we all know - the success is not determined by the purchase, but good sales. So what
considered is the scenario: If
